Who we are
Here at Lance Schaller Wood Floors, we are on a mission to make Central Florida beautiful; one home at a time. We’ve been happily serving the Central Florida region since 2008, and New Jersey and Metro N.Y.C. Area for 30 years before that.
We have a rich history of working strictly with hardwood products, including but not limited to such specialties as: antique woods, custom designs and laser cut borders and medallions. Working hand in hand with Architects and Designers, we are capable of making the perfect look for any floor.

Dust Containment System
We use award winning Bona™ Dust Containment Systems attached to all of our sanding equipment, minimizing the amount of residual dust left behind from the sanding process. This increases efficiency, safety and greatly reduces the mess associated with the job.
Environment friendly finishes
We use industry-leading waterborne finishes and sealers of the highest quality. All of which are VOC-compliant and of the most eco-friendly of all finishes. No quality is sacraficed, as our Swedish waterborne finishes are the most durable polyurethane finishes available. Our finishes and the floors they sit on remain vivid, and don't amber or change color over time -- preserving the beauty and elegance of wood.

Lance Schaller Wood Floors is proud to be a Licensed Contractor in Central Florida. Our company is fully insured, and a copy of all documentation is always kept with our vehicles on-site.
